Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

Here at Parmeter Creations we stride for customer satisfaction. Returns are gladly accepted as long as they are received within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be unwashed and in brand new condition (they may not show any signs of wear and tear in anyway and may not smell of perfume or cigarette smoke). We will not issue any refunds for items received that are no longer in "new" condition. Please be advised that sale or clearance items, custom orders, and gifts are not eligible for return and all returns are subject to a $6.00 restocking fee. Only items that are purchased through us are eligible to be returned to us. Any item(s) purchased through our wholesalers/distributers must be returned through them as well, please contact them for their return policies. Shipping charges for returns are the customers responsibility and will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost and stolen. If this is a matter of concern we suggest you purchase insurance and/or delivery confirmation when returning your item(s).

Before returning your item(s), please contact us at info@parmetercreations.com for a Return Authorization Number. Make sure to include your name and reason for returning your item(s). This number is required on all returns and must be written on the outside of your return package. Any package that arrives without a return authorization number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Please make sure to include the following information with your return:

return authorization number (written on the outside of the package in plain view and included inside with your other information)

your name

email address

reason for returning your item(s)

Exchanges:

Parmeter Creations will gladly exchange any item(s) as long as the original merchandise is received unwashed and in brand new condition (they may not show any signs of wear and tear in any way and may not smell of perfume or cigarette smoke). Any item(s) received that is/are no longer in "new" condition will not be accepted for exchange. Only items that are purchased through us are eligible to be exchanged with us. Any item(s) purchased through our wholesalers/distributers must be exchanged through them as well, please contact them for their exchange policies. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are currently pregnant please let us know with your order and we will allow up to 45 days for any exchanges. Please be advised that we do not accept exchanges on custom orders, sale or clearance items. All exchanges (including gift purchases) may only be made for item(s) of equal or greater value.

a check or money order for $5.00 (or $6.75 to include insurance) made out to Parmeter Creations (if you prefer you may send payment through paypal to sales@parmetercreations.com with a brief note regarding your exchange).
